A Day at Zip Cannabis: Serving Southwest Michigan’s Cannabis Community

Morning Shift – Opening Procedures

My day at Zip Cannabis begins bright and early at 8:30 AM. As a budtender certification holder, I take pride in preparing our dispensary for another day of serving our Southwest Michigan community.

First tasks include:
– Checking inventory systems
– Sanitizing all display cases
– Reviewing daily specials
– Setting up educational materials

Mid-Morning – Customer Care

By 10 AM, we’re welcoming our first guests. Many are familiar faces from Hartford and Watervliet who rely on us for their medical cannabis needs. Others are first-time visitors from Coloma or Lawrence seeking guidance on recreational products.

Afternoon Rush

The afternoon brings a steady stream of customers from across Van Buren County. I especially enjoy:
– Educating new customers about different strains
– Helping medical patients find relief
– Answering questions about consumption methods
– Sharing knowledge about terpene profiles

Evening Wind-Down

As the day wraps up, we see many customers stopping in after work from Covert and Keeler. Each interaction is an opportunity to ensure everyone finds exactly what they’re looking for while maintaining strict compliance with state regulations.

Closing Time

Before heading home, we:
– Reconcile all transactions
– Update inventory counts
– Clean and sanitize all areas
– Prepare documentation for the next day

Being part of the Zip Cannabis team means being a trusted resource for our community while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

Note: All customers must be 21+ for recreational purchases or 18+ with a valid medical card. Always remember to bring proper identification when visiting.
